Home of the Patriots

"Our family has been involved with the academy for over 18 years.  We have watched as the Academy theme verse, 'I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth,' has been played out right in front of us.  Our oldest child is preparing for the mission field, our middle child is pursuing a degree at a Christian college in the secular field, and our youngest is finishing up high school and wants to be involved in medical missions.  Each of our children is unique – however, the Academy has come right alongside to challenge them academically and spiritually and to help us guide them to live for God.  One of the things I like most about VFBA is that I know each family personally and feel that we all have the same goal of wanting our children to love and serve the Lord - so any problems that arise, I feel that we are in this together, and our common goal is simply to make Jesus look good."A SCHOOL PARENT

"The Academy has benefited me by building a strong foundation in my life. From 7th to 12th grade, the faculty and staff created an environment that exposed me to drama, sports, academics, and most importantly scriptural truths. I appreciated the love and care that the teachers showed me not only in the classroom through my studies, but also outside the classroom as I saw them involved in Christian service. Overall, VFBA has given me something that no one can take away from me–a balanced life built upon biblical foundation." A SCHOOL GRADUATE

“Our three children have been students at VFBA since entering K5. We are gratefully experiencing the fruit of this ministry in each of their lives. There is no school they would rather attend!”  – A SCHOOL PARENT

"There are many reasons why I loved being at VFBA for 13 years.  Having an education that was biblically-centered and academically excellent was a tremendous privilege that many children do not have.  I loved the fact that VFBA was a ministry of the local church.  I learned “early on” the importance of serving the Lord and making the ministry a top priority in my life.  I also liked the fact that the VFBA teachers had a relationship with the Lord and had a genuine love and concern for their students.  Even now, 8 years after graduating, I’m still thankful for the teachers that have continued to mentor, encourage, and pray for me.  VFBA will always hold a special place in my heart." – A SCHOOL GRADUATE
